Things To Do
The Volunteer Park is home to a number of events and activities, especially in the summer and spring. Summertime is the unofficial picnic time, while sports like soccer and softball also have designated fields. Residents with dogs can be seen enjoying a frisbee game with their pets. In the spring, the Dahlia Garden blooms and changes the outlook of the park. Koi ponds are also clustered around with their bright and decorative fins catching the sun rays.
